Although every job we do is "custom" in terms of the construction and installation, many projects start from a pattern. But for sails, dodgers, mooring covers, and most other non-standard projects, we start from scratch, designing a product to satisfy the customer's requirements. We then create a one-of-a-kind pattern, cutting the fabric, stitching and assembling it, inserting grommets and clips and other brass or stainless steel segments, and then installing it.
It's in these unique, totally customized canvas parts that our expertise (and the long experience of our staff) shows to best advantage.
Our Custom Marine Canvas department fabricates sails, sail covers, dodgers, Bimini tops, console covers, mooring covers, cockpit and interior cushions and cushion covers: any kind of cover or enclosure you might want or need, for anything that requires protection from the weather.
