We offer solutions to our clients' problems and help to meet their needs. The Swoopie® pavilion--a free-standing, tent-like structure for garden, patio, or pool-side--is one example, bringing fashionable design to very private, at-home shade.
Sometimes, meeting a client's needs leads to new opportunities. For example, Charlie's Horse, a new line of all-purpose carts from North Coast Outfitters, Inc. These collapsible, portable, light-weight, all-weather, all-terrain carriers offer unique flexibility to boaters, hunters, horseback riders, up-country campers, and other sports enthusiasts. We at Mills were partners in the design of these vehicles, and we provide all fabric parts for their assembly.
Models range from the multi-purpose, all-in-one cargo cart to the highly sophisticated, four-wheel bulk carrier that converts to an emergency stretcher. All models can erected (or collapsed) in minutes, then loaded for quick transportation of almost any cargo. The carts typically carry up to 15 times their own weight (from 200 to 500-plus pounds, depending on the model). In addition to sports applications, these carriers are uniquely useful to emergency-medical and search/rescue professionals, law-enforcement and fire departments, and the military.
